Pre-Induction is the lighter "Working With Ascension" page, used before a full appraisal is ready. It only needs the client's name and address below.
Management fee — shown to the client instead of the default 6%
Property particulars — optional, shown in the client's "Your Property" tab
Optional. Add the property-specific CMA or market report URL to display Market Insights within the proposal. If left blank, the client will not see a Market Insights section.
Fees are worked out automatically from the weekly rent. The appraisal range and photo appear in the client's "Your Property" tab. Market Insights only appears when a CMA URL is provided.
